工作描述和要求

We are looking for an energetic, innovative & highly motivated professional to join the Hong Kong Retail Strategy Branch of the Retail Strategy & Product Portfolio Management Department. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Tariff Strategy and Development, the appointee will be responsible for the following:

Major Duties:

Contribute to tariff strategy and design by gathering relevant data and information.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences and competitive pricing practice
Support tariff adjustments by conducting financial analysis to assess the impact of changes on revenue, customer satisfaction
Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities for revenue growth, risk mitigation and customer satisfaction
Responsible for regular sales reporting by providing insight and highlight trends
Conduct testing of sales dashboard, pricing and tariff simulation tools

Requirements:

A recognized University degree in the field of Engineering, Business, Statistic or related disciplines, 3- 5 years of relevant working experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent computer programming. Python and XLS VBA will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
