工作描述和要求

In support of the Company’s business development, we are looking for an energetic, innovative & highly motivated professional to join the Marketing & Communications Department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. Reporting to the Director – Marketing & Communications, the appointee will lead the Digital Marketing & Performance branch and be responsible for the following:

Major Duties:

Lead the transformation of the Digital Marketing System and be the Center of Excellence of all communications across digital platforms, and formulate the overall integrated digital communications and customer engagement strategy
Own all digital communications platforms and channels, including social media and digital communication platforms, for driving customers online adoption and conversion, customer engagement and communication as well as enhancing smooth and effective customer journey with major stakeholders
Lead, develop and implement the Digital Marketing and Social Media strategy and roadmap, be the think tank and driver for enhancing online and social media customer engagement and media efficiency
Strategize and implement digital marketing programmes, including mobile, online, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) by working closely with various external and internal partners
Lead data driven marketing and in charge of performance tracking of major metrics, define and create datasets, measures, KPIs and dashboards to empower data analytic capability and achieve paid efficiency
Assemble performance statistics, analyse and make recommendations for sharing data insights and optimizing campaign effectiveness
Analyze performance gaps and collaborate with different stakeholders to improve brand and marketing/campaign effectiveness
Uplift the performance marketing and analytics skillset and culture of the team
Explore, analyse and recommend updated marketing tools and platforms e.g. Adobe Marketing Platform to enhance end to end communications and conversion
Manage all digital agencies, media agencies and IT vendors in order to deliver best solutions to CLP

Requirements:

University graduate in Digital, Multi-Media, Communication, Marketing or any related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ working experience with 7 years in data-informed digital/online marketing field is a must
Solid experience and track record in strategy planning, digital marketing, websites, mobile channels development, social media (FB, LinkedIn, IG, WeChat), online community building, SEM, SEO and data analysis
Experience and track record for working in large organization/agency environment is a definite advantage
Good understanding of advanced data analysis tools and methodology, in particulars, big data analytics and Al modelling
Good knowledge on Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Marketing Platform
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Excellent presentation and communication with good project management and negotiation skills with vendors and agencies
Affinity to work in a fast paced creative & dynamic environment with tight deadlines
A highly organized problem solver with a strong market-centric mindset and data driven capabilities
Creative, energetic, result-oriented and able to think out of the box to propose new digital ideas
