CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for an energetic and dedicated candidate to join the Contracting Business Department of CLPe Solutions Limited. The appointee will be assigned to work in the Power Engineering Branch and responsible for the following duties:
- Carry out installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of 11KV & 132KV electrical installation
- Carry out work schedule planning for in-house testing team in 11KV & 132KV stations
- Carry out tools and material acquisition for site work execution
- Supervise technician and contractors to carry out equipment erection, pre-commissioning test and commissioning works
- Conduct protection relay acceptance test
- Follow up electrical installation defects with suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate site activities with other parties
- Conduct site checks and audits to ensure that the safety standards and good housekeeping practices are always maintained
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder in Engineering or other equivalent Engineering disciplines plus at least 3 years’ relevant experience OR Ordinary Diploma / Ordinary Certificate holder in Engineering or other equivalent Engineering disciplines plus at least 4 years’ relevant experience
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Training Certification (Green Card) and Construction Workers Registration Card
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate technical concepts to other parties
- Solid working experience in 11KV or 132KV plant equipment will be an added advantage
- Possession of Competent Person of CLPP will be an added advantage
- Possession of a valid driving license (1 or 2) / REW license will be an added advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position
