CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
- Supervise several multi-discipline teams to coordinate with sub-contractors as well as clients’ representatives and monitor the performance and progress to ensure work plans are completed according to schedules and in compliance with relevant specifications, procedures and standards
- Diagnose and rectify the faults, lead the team to formulate preventive and corrective actions, and recommend the enhancement work to clients
- Ensure smooth work by planning and scheduling the outages and logistics with relevant stakeholders
- Understand technical drawings for site work implementation. Conduct quality inspections, pre-commissioning checks and tests
- Plan and control projects activities, including materials and resources utilization to ensure the related costs are within budget
- Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Systems to meet project and statutory requirements
- Require reporting duty in non-office hours to handle emergency calls and site issues when necessary
- Provide training and development for junior teammates
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines with 5 years’ relevant working experience OR Ordinary Diploma / Ordinary Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines with 8 years’ relevant working experience
- Experience in and / or with knowledge in airport operation procedures and familiar with the airport environment will be an added advantage
- Able to read technical manuals and engineering drawings, and communicate technical concepts to other parties
- Hard working, able to meet tight schedule and work independently with solid technical background
- Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card and Construction Workers Registration Card
- Possession of a valid driving license (1 or 2) or REW license is preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
