Role Overview:
The Transformation Business Readiness team of “Enlight” transformation programme is responsible for leading and coordinating the planning/implementation of end-to-end business processes and Oracle/ERP solution design, enterprise-level business readiness and providing project management capability/capacity to support critical transformation initiatives. These are provided across each of the functions in scope of the Enlight programme: Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Human Capital, Asset Management, Customer and Sustainability.
Reporting to the Director – Transformation Business Readiness, the position is responsible for leading a team of business/process architects on end-to-end process streamlining and Oracle/ERP solution optimization/adoption, working in partnership with functional Workstreams Leads (Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Human Capital, Assets Management, Customer and Sustainability), Heads of Transformation and Business Process Owners.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading LEAN/Six Sigma projects/initiatives and Oracle/ERP solution implementation experience, ideally across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all CLP functional and enterprise-level processes implemented through Enlight Programme (Oracle and 3rd party applications) are optimised to reflect each function’s Target Operating Model, drive efficiencies, realise benefits and enable new ways of working.
- Establish, set direction and develop LEAN/Six Sigma process design capabilities (including frameworks, methods, tools, measurements, etc) with the ERP programme, and in collaboration with Operational Excellence teams in the business.
- Lead team of E2E Process architects overseeing all 6 functional domains in scope of the Enlight programme, develop and foster knowledge of end-to-end processes (i.e. function-specific and cross-functional) across the enterprise.
- Lead design reviews with functional Workstream Leads and System Integrator to drive streamlining of “target state” functional processes, and ensure processes are appropriately implemented in the “to-be” Oracle ERP solution design.
- Demonstrate understanding of Oracle Fusion system configurations and module(s) and advise Workstream Leads on how best to leverage Oracle capabilities to maximise operational efficiencies, process performance and benefits realisation.
- Actively contribute to review of key project deliverables (e.g. process maps, functional specifications, solution detailed design, system test planning/execution, training materials, etc).
- Contribute to planning and execution of programme risk management and change management activities related to E2E processes and solution design.
- Liaise directly with stakeholders to ensure all requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion whilst ensure E2E process integrity.
- Drive change within the organization through negotiation, influencing and consensus-building.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience and subject matter expertise leading LEAN/Six Sigma/process optimization projects.
- Prior work experience implementing Oracle Cloud solutions in relevant functional domains, with 5-10 years experience in team lead or manager roles
- Project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects concurrently in a high paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and effectively advise/influence peers in functional workstreams.
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with internal/external stakeholders in an environment of consistent evolution and business transformation.
- Highly organized with an ability to multi-task and work to deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large, global diverse and multi-cultural team.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- University Degree in Process Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business or other relevant field.
- Fluency in English required, fluency in Cantonese a distinct advantage.
