Role Overview:
The Transformation Business Readiness team of “Enlight” transformation programme is responsible for leading and coordinating the planning/implementation of end-to-end business processes and Oracle/ERP solution design, enterprise-level business readiness and providing project management capability/capacity to support critical transformation initiatives. These are provided across each of the functions in scope of the Enlight programme: Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Human Capital, Asset Management, Customer and Sustainability.
Reporting to the Director - Transformation Business Readiness, the position is responsible for leading the central business readiness team and orchestrating/coordinating business readiness plans, initiatives and activities developed and executed by functional Heads of Transformation, Workstream Leads and BAU operational teams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading Business Readiness teams on Transformation and Oracle/ERP solution implementation programmes, ideally across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop and roll-out Business Readiness capability across functional Workstream and BAU delivery teams (including approach, framework, processes and templates/tools). Lead and set direction for Business Readiness practice across CLP teams.
- Provide leading practice guidance to Heads of Transformation for the development and execution of each function’s Business Readiness Plan (BRP) and portfolio of initiatives/activities, ensuring effective and timely planning/execution to meet Oracle/ERP programme timelines.
- Provide programme management support during planning and execution of portfolio of business readiness plans/initiatives/activities, and provide Senior Executives with consolidated programme reporting and assurance of business readiness execution and performance.
- Pro-actively engage with Heads of Transformation, function Workstream/BAU and Change & Communications teams to ideate, solution and resolve issues to achieve business readiness objectives and requirements.
- Ensure business readiness dependencies and risks/issues are appropriately identified, assessed and mitigated/resolved in timely manner.
- Ensure business readiness initiatives meet consistent standards and levels of quality, provide QA and due diligence support to ensure successful delivery and benefits realisation.
- Manage central Business Readiness team (3xFTE) to ensure overall support and service delivery performance provided to all 6 functions (Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain, Human Capital, Asset Management, Customer and Sustainability).
- Post-graduate degree in business management, organizational behaviour/development, human resources, and/or have substantial work experience in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience leading Business Readiness teams on multiple large and complex business transformation and Oracle/ERP implementation programs.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud platform and solution modules relevant to Enlight programme and experience in migration and cutover activities to transition organisations from “as-is” to “to-be” states.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise on Business Readiness leading practice, frameworks and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive tasks to successful completion while relying on resources with no direct reporting control.
- Experience of stakeholder management with a diverse range of stakeholders and levels of seniority, overcoming resistance to change and demonstrating the ability to gain trust, understand underlying business stakeholder issues and guide/influence without authority.
- Ability to understand structures and business priorities and quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
- A skilled relationship-builder, strong leader/influencer and change champion, able to empower others and build trust in an environment of change fatigue/resistance.
- Knowledge and understanding of how business readiness fits within a Waterfall project delivery framework. Experience of project management, including project planning and risk/issue management (identification, assessment, mitigation options development / implementation)
- Successful candidates who do not meet all role requirements may be considered for Senior Manager position (reporting to Principal Manager).
