工作描述和要求

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team and help us manage Identity and IT system access control/review process. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing information security administration and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

As a Senior Analyst, you will:

Key Responsibilities

Implement security policies, procedures, and projects across the organization
Enhance productivity and save cost through automation and streamlining of the existing process
Adopt new process and procedures from ERP implementation and keep the controls in compliance and productivity
Work with external/internal auditors to make sure that security risks are minimized and granted permissions are properly authorized
Provide report of permission assignment across various application systems to facilitate information owner to conduct regular review
Support users with security-related issues and requests
Manage account attributes and role based permissions
Manage a small team of security administrators and assistant IT Security Administration Manager on technical support and tasks assignment

Essential Qualifications for this Role

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
It is preferred if you have credentials in Microsoft MCSE, Azure or Alibaba Cloud Security Compliance Cert, cloud services(AWS, Azure or Alibaba) , or related domains.

Essential Skills for this Role

Experience in IT development or support for large-scale systems with at least 5 years of relevant work history
Proficiency in SAP, AD, CyberArk, PowerShell Script, Python and Azure technologies
Fluent in both English and Chinese languages (spoken and written)
Self-starter, creative thinker, and effective communicator with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Ability to produce quality documentation, reports, and training materials
