工作描述和要求

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Accounting and Business Support Branch of East & West Region. Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the appointee will be responsible for the following major duties:

Provide efficient and effective clerical services including typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, document dispatching, system data inputting and simple statistics compilation and reporting
Handle incoming telephone calls and customers enquiries in an effective, efficient and courteous manner
Provide administrative support on project files
Assist in handling low value purchases, payment requests, invoices, stationery supplies and distributions
Maintain a proper Central Filing System in the Electronic Document Management System
Assist in organizing and supporting various company and departmental events and functions
Co-ordinate and provide office logistics support to various Branches of the Department
Arrange and monitor works related to building service and office equipment maintenance
Conduct site survey for metering projects as and when required
Perform typhoon duties during inclement weather conditions as and when required
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor as and when required

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE including English Language, or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years’ clerical experience
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (both Chinese and English)
Familiar with CLP systems such as EFMS, EHRS, EWMS & EDMS, etc. would be an advantage
Knowledge of SAP application and / or accounting system would be an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and some Putonghua
Mindful and possess good safety awareness
Pleasant personality, customer oriented, hardworking, self-motivated and a team player

Candidates with less qualification and/or experience but demonstrate good potential for further development will be considered for a position at lower grade.
