CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
- Responsible for effective project management including but not limited to carrying out feasibility studies, scheduling, design, configuration, installation, testing and commissioning of AI-based chiller optimization digital solutions and Building Management System to meet contract programmes and requirements
- Review and present energy saving report for chiller plant energy saving projects and related information with relevant parties in a timely manner
- Liaise with client / suppliers / subcontractors on tendering, contracts administration, variations vetting and payments
- Supervise and monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors
- Support pre-sales activities, conduct site visits and prepare proposals
- Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems to ensure that the required standards are achieved
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A recognized University Degree in Building Services, Energy, Mechanical, or relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Solid experience in energy management, BMS and HVAC’s operation and maintenance
- Familiar with chiller optimization, energy saving solution, IoT and AI solutions will be an added advantage
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card
- Customer-oriented, results driven, responsible with strong commitment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
