CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
- Responsible for effective management of enhancement contracts and maintenance works in airport area
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors on the tendering, contracts administration, variations vetting and payments, as well as claims and disputes negotiation and resolution
- Coordinate with clients to plan, schedule, and set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the Company's requirements and Corporate Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) Documents standards
- Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team to carry out the corrective or preventive works for Baggage Handling System / MVAC System
- Prepare the duty report, incident report, fault investigation and analysis
- Coordinate site activities as well as supervise subordinates/subcontractors’ work performances
- Provide training and development for subordinates and support company’s trainee programs
- Perform other ad-hoc and shift duties as assigned
- A recognized University degree in Electrical, Electronic, Building Services, Mechanical or relevant engineering disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in maintenance or installation of Baggage Handling System (BHS) and/or Material Handling System (MHS) and/ or MVAC system
- Sound knowledge of contractor management, interfacing with other parties and managing site activities in multi-discipline tasks
- Experience in supervisor role or leader for middle size team would be an added advantage
- Strong business acumen, customer-oriented and performance driven
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Possession of a valid driving license (class 1 and 2) is preferred
- Proficient of Building Management System is an added advantage
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
