Key responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Lead – Platform Delivery and Operations to conduct platform-wide requirement studies, system analysis and design
Collaborate with Oracle and System Implementer to deliver platform service, technical monitoring and support activities
Work with Cyber Security Architects and Network Security Architects to ensure security of the Oracle platform and its connectivity
Manage on platform release and identify its implications to project and daily operations
Participate in system development/deployment, testing, automation, training, system cutover/rollout, documentation, maintenance and support

Requirements:

A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
At least 4-6 years of Digital/IT experience
Proven experience in cloud service/platform delivery
Experience in platform change management strategy to deal with different cloud/product release schedule.
Experience in environment with SaaS, PaaS and IaaS platform/application release management e.g., Quarterly upgrade and ad hoc change request from Oracle to align with IT service management policy is advantage.
Experience in Agile ways of working, principles and delivery
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and detail minded
Strong problem-solving skills, self driving, and the ability to thrive under pressure
