工作描述和要求

We are looking for a high caliber individual to join us for a 6-month contract working in Customer Success and Sales Department under the Customer Success & Experience (CSE) Business Group. The right candidate is required to carry out major duties as follows:

Major Duties:

Work with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate mass roll out of smart meters and enhance customer awareness of smart meter benefits and related services subscription to help customers manage their energy usage.
Drive mass adoption of smart gadgets to achieve demand cut, execute and monitor various engagement activities to recruit, retain and reinforce participation of customers and stakeholders. Work with vendors to deliver satisfactory product performance, happy customer journey and ensure smooth operation of demand response event calling.
Supervise a small team and service vendors to run cost-effective roadshows to meet business targets. Monitor frontline and service vendors performance to manage customers enquiries in professional manner.
Provide all-round support to run demand response event including event communications, report results, conduct customer feedback survey and results analysis.
Provide support to co-ordinate with internal and external parties to make things happen in timely and efficient way.

Requirements:

A recognized university degree in business management, marketing, or related disciplines, with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered a junior position.
Self-motivated, agile, organised, a good team player with can-do attitude, good communication skills, able to work under tight schedule and willing to meet new challenges.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good knowledge of using Excel and PowerPoint to run and present analysis & report. Knowledge of Power Bi is an advantage.
