CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure, and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Human Resources Branch as Senior Human Resources Specialist. Key responsibilities include:

To act as Account Manager to provide one-stop-shop HR solutions to line departments, including compensation and benefits administration, talent acquisition, performance management, etc.
To provide timely and value-added advice and services to line managers on human resources matters to ensure consistent and sound people management
Assist the line managers in resolution of disputes, disciplinary actions and counselling employees if required
Oversee maintenance and updating of employee records including performance, salary histories, benefits, leaves, etc.
To participate in the review of human resources strategies, policies and procedures and provide relevant input and feedback to meet the changing requirements
To administer effective management control procedures in compliance with company and legal requirements
To participate in HR initiatives and annual exercises, e.g., Manpower budget, Annual salary review, performance management, staff engagement, policy review, etc.
To prepare HR analytics and reporting for management review

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
At least 5 years of HR-related work experience covering recruitment, compensation and benefits and HRIS administration
Practical knowledge of a wide range of HR skills, such as interview techniques, manpower planning and job evaluation
Experience in SAP Human Resources system and Record Management System is preferred
Ability to keep abreast of local labour market trends & practices and good knowledge in employment legislations
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
