As a Senior Business Analyst in the Organisational Readiness and Engagement Team, the

job holder is expected to work with different stakeholders and members in Digital in terms of

coordinating, tracking tasks / programs as assigned by the line management in the Team. The

role will also take care of all administrative support work with following responsibilities:

• project activities
• Support the risk identification and management of Digital that will hinder or endanger the ERP project
• Support the budget planning and control on the Digital spending in the ERP Project for benefits maximization
• Support the resourcing management ( JD, hiring, interviewing, on boarding, administration ) of the Digital team allocated to the ERP Team
• Draft communication materials for management and stakeholders on the progress of tasks across Digital and ERP projects
• Take up all administrative work like RFP, PO creation, Oracle University Portal, PC refresh when and as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 4-6 years of utilities industry or IT and business analyst work experience with exposure to various technical environments and business segments
• Experience in ERP or complex project coordination
• Vendor management and organizational change management experience
