Overview:

We are looking for high caliber professional to join Business Transformation Department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. Reporting to Director - Financial Realization and Delivery the appointee will be responsible for supporting the tracking, monitoring and assessment of the strategic Transformation value and benefits process and risks against the Transformation objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage information to support the strategic oversight of value and benefits management through the Transformation lifecycle (reporting, monitoring, forecasting)

• Support development of benefits framework and KPI criteria

• Advise Transformation initiative teams on information requirements for benefit tracking and reporting

• Undertake detailed data modelling and analysis of information to assess performance trends and gaps and identify potential corrective actions

• Ensure timely tracking and reporting of status to feed the integrated 'strategic oversight' view and transformation roadmap pipeline

• Support the ongoing and targeted risk and quality assessments on high impact / high risk areas; drafts assessment reports for review and consideration by Control Tower and business leaders

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experiences including experience in value and benefits management of a major programme

• Experience in analysing complex transformation programmes

• Deep data modelling, data analysis and reporting experience

• Experience in supporting programme management office including risk assessment analysis and reporting

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and detail minded

• Advanced data modelling and analysis skills

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and engagement skills
