Applications are invited for the vacancies of eMobility Customer Success Manager. Reporting to the branch head, the appointee will undertake the following major duties:
Major Duties:
- Understand technology trends, market disruptions and economics relating to eMobility.
- Develop eMobility strategies to synergize with decarbonization and popularization of electric vehicles policies.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in the eMobility industry.
- Explore business opportunities and acquire customers that are electrifying their fleet of vehicles.
- Drive researches and market intelligence studies to gain business insights and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support commercial analysis including financial modelling, feasibility studies and commercial negotiation.
- Collaborate multi-functional task forces of managers, engineers and planners to share common values and resources and to achieve all account objectives.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Business Administration or Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
- Engineering background is an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills to analyse large amounts of data and identify the key drivers of business opportunities.
- Strong presentation skills including ability to put together persuasive sales presentation.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills to promote sales and establish business relationship.
- Good team player, with business acumen and critical thinking.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
