We are looking for a high caliber professional to join the Human Resources Department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.
The successful candidate will provide a full spectrum of HR services to designated business units and support strategic HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business partner and deliver value to the business through HR processes including manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, succession planning, remuneration and rewards, performance management and employee relations
- Partner with HR COE to develop and execute approach to attract talents and strengthen the talent pipeline to ensure a stable and competent workforce for current and future business needs.
- Contribute to strategic projects, process review, digitalization and change initiatives to optimize resources and build tomorrow’s workforce
- Support the formulation and execution of management decision through designing and preparing dashboards and taking up ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Psychology, and other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in providing full spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, talent acquisition & development, employee relations & communication and remuneration practices at sizable organizations
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high learning agility and a growth mindset
- Flexible, performance-driven and able to work under pressure
- Digital savvy and good proficiency in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency in Excel VBA, Power BI and Power Automate would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
