工作描述和要求

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the exciting and high impact HR Transformation team. This role is a key contributor to the evolution of the HR organization and supporting the Utility of the Future.

The purpose of the job is to provide focused support across a number of HR Transformation projects. These projects include the design and implementation of the evolving HR operating model and an enterprise-wide ERP.

The key responsibilities and requirements of the position are summarized as follows:

The Position Profile:

Provide focused support with translating future HR operating model decisions into practical presentations and supporting the border HR evolution narrative.
Compile and analyze people related data to support and validate decisions and business cases.
Support the HR ERP team with workshop scheduling and action related note taking.
Work collectively with HR Transformation team members in organizing project timelines and ensuring the tracking to according to plan.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent
Fresh graduate or 1 years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Basic knowledge of HR related procedures a
Excellent in the use of MS Office applications.
Experience in using SAP HR application would be an advantage
Detail-oriented and prudent in handling confidential information
Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, independent, customer–oriented and able to work under tight timeline and pressure
