We are looking for a high calibre professional to join the Corporate Affairs (Communications) department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. Reporting to Corporate Affairs Manager, the appointee will be responsible for executing plans and programmes to support communication initiatives of the company’s ongoing transformation.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute employee engagement initiatives and campaigns to communicate the company’s ongoing transformation to a diverse workforce
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments to compile content on various transformation initiatives
- Prepare and draft communication materials for various communication platforms; assist in the production of company publications including newsletters
- Support to design and implement creative engagement activities, including online and offline events and other internal initiatives to connect employees
- Produce in-house collaterals, including poster and digital banner design, newsletter layout, video script writing and editing
- Design feedback survey and conduct data analysis for measuring the campaign effectiveness
- Other ad hoc support to the department as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- A recognised degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or other related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, preferably in communications discipline with corporate background
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua speaking will be an advantage
- Knowledge of cultural change and experience in production of corporate newsletters will be preferred
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail; able to work under tight schedule with multi-tasking ability
- A team player experienced in implementing initiatives across cultures with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, video editing software is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Chinese and English)
