CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work in the Smart Roadside Branch and responsible for the following major duties:
- Responsible for effective project management of Lighting contracts and E&M projects
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors or related parties to meet projects’ requirements and regulations
- Prepare specifications for tendering, evaluating and selecting service contractors that meet technical specifications and engineering standards to achieve construction and operational targets
- Coordinate with clients or related parties to plan, schedule and set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the Company's requirements and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards
- Coordinate site activities as well as supervise subordinates/subcontractors’ work performances
- Prepare submission document and E&M proposal to client
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A recognized university degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines plus a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Familiar with electrical/mechanical site installations, it would be advantage to be familiar with operation and maintenance of Lighting facilities and equipment
- Possession of Construction Worker Registration Card and Construction Industry Safety Card
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position
