工作描述和要求

We are looking for a high calibre professional to join the Risk & Opportunity team of the Financial Control (HK). The appointee will be responsible for the following duties:

Act as a subject matter expert and serve as the Centre of Excellence of Risk & Opportunity Management
Work closely with Business Group leadership teams to discuss, identify & evaluate the risk & opportunity of key business initiatives, including Transformation, ERP, Business Continuity Management, Contracts & Procurement etc.
Develop, manage and conduct regular review on risk & opportunity management plans and priorities
Evaluate internal procedures and guidelines to ensure impact of regulatory changes, internal standards and industry best practices are reflected in the existing framework
Lead CLPP Risk & Opportunity Management workshop, which comprises of Business Groups and Corporate Units risk & opportunity management owners and champions
Guide the risk & opportunity owners to formulate practical response strategy and mitigating measures and handle activities to address the risks & opportunities, based on the scenario and assessment set in Business Groups and Corporate Units

Requirements:

A recognised university degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline
At least 10 years’ relevant progressive experience in sizable company with exposure to energy, utility companies preferably; and at least 3 years’ experience in partnering with Board / Senior Executives
Strong analytical mind and problem-solving abilities with good business acumen and strategic thinking
Proven leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and capability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels in both spoken and written English and Chinese
A strong sense of independence with the need to rethink and improve the existing risk management framework and system under dynamic business environment, and continuously drive for process changes on new initiatives
