工作描述和要求

We are looking for a high caliber individual who is dynamic, analytical, and self-motivated to be a part of the Digital Services team responsible for product management and commercial opportunities in established focus areas to drive growth and enable our digital utility of the future vision.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in emerging markets and companies, technology and engage in all aspects of product management life cycle. We are looking for someone who can multi-task and execute with minimal oversight and accuracy and can drive change.

The Position Profile:

A highly collaborative role, the candidate will drive success working and engaging with others with the organisation which maybe through influence rather than authority
Be the subject matter expert in the advance building energy management domain to identify and execute product vision, product viability and strategies to drive the evolution and monetization of our solution portfolio
Define and manage building energy management product portfolio strategy and work closely with internal business units, product delivery teams to manage pipeline of development, launch and growth activities
Work with product delivery teams, business units to build frameworks that can translate strategies into product requirement for product delivery team and be responsible for the Go to Market and launch strategy of the product post-development
Identify areas of improvement within the new structure necessary to carry out strategies to facilitate business growth or developments needed to the supporting product infrastructure, training, methodology, governance, and tools
Be part of the team to support people and skills development and senior stakeholder communication for key strategic initiatives
Ensure that each product being developed is progressing based on its relevant lifecycle and to the planned timeline, budget and quality
Coach internal partners, business units, and stakeholders on product outcomes, benefits, and manage issues preventing delivery of product outcomes
Program/project management skills and the ability to set clear goals to get desired results
Establish key tools, partnerships, and mechanisms to grow the product delivery practice

Requirements:

A recognised university degree in product design, computer science, engineering, business administration or related field
Minimum 10 year’s relevant working experience in consulting, product management, business analysis.
At least 5 years of work-experience in product management
Ideal candidate would have start-ups co-founding experience or new department/line-of-business establishment experience. Procession of domain knowledge in energy management or building solutions is an advantage
Previous experience product management, product development or related work a must
Exceptional customer research and listening skills
Experience in people management, negotiation, vendor management
Demonstrated experiencing managing teams of 10 people (preferably product managers)
Critical thinking, including go to market plans, sales plans
Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent/native English
Capability in both spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua and simplified Chinese) is preferable.
Fast learners and can tackle problems creatively and independently.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently to perform in a dynamic, multi-cultural, matrix organisation and influence outcomes.
