CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for energetic and innovative technical professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work at CLPP power stations located in Tuen Mun and Penny’s Bay and be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide safety and quality services to the management, employees and contractors
- Monitor the project safety & quality management system and performance, and assist the project team and sub-contractors to make prompt rectifications & improvement plans for management review
- Develop, implement and evaluate Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) programme according to the business needs and ensure its full compliance with the latest legislations and the company’s HSSEQ requirements
- Provide professional advices to the management for decision making regarding safety issues
- Attend urgent site meetings / conduct site inspection or visits and handle safety issues at the work sites outside normal working hours if required
- Initiate and coordinate innovations on HSEQ aspects
- Provide training administration coordination works to work team.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Shift duty (night work/ work in Public Holiday) is required
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in the field of Engineering or Safety disciplines or equivalent plus at least 1 year’s safety related working experience OR Ordinary Diploma / Ordinary Certificate in relevant disciplines or equivalent plus at least 2 years’ safety related working experience
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Training Certification (Green Card) and Confined Space Registered Worker
- Holder of a valid Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Proven supervisory, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Solid working experience in CLPP project will be an added advantage
- Possession of a valid driving license (1 or 2) and First Aid certificate will be an added advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position
