Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and collaborate to identify new demand, facilitate prioritisation and decision-making process. Take a lead role in defining strategy aligned with the business strategy and then articulating the roadmap to achieve the strategy (including timeframe, solution architecture and initiatives).
• Partner with business on business in capability visioning, translate business requirements into Digital requirements and solution needs; advise the business about Digital solutions, upgrade possibilities and improvements.
• (Business Value Coordination) – Develop and manage the Digital relationship with business users and key stakeholders in all applicable business units, partnering with Group Digital staff (data, cybersecurity, services, IT) from different platform teams.
• Work closely with Solution Architect(s) to source and define fir for purpose solutions, translate business requirements to technical requirements, aligned to the enterprise and platform architecture guidelines.
• (KPIs and Metrics Management) – Deliver initiatives through the use of KPI metric collection and analysis; Develop, publish and implement performance management standards.
• manage the portfolio of projects, establish and run portfolio steering committee, manage specific programmes where required.

Essential Qualifications for this Role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Master’s degree in a related field is desirable.
• Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, DevOps, or relevant disciplines preferred.
• Solution architecture certification(s) in one (or more) cloud/on-premise solution(s), where applicable

Essential Experience for this Role

• At least 10 years of utilities industry or Digital and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments.
• Experience in business relationship management or business partnering preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in leading a technical or Digital team providing services or delivering projects to a business organization.
• Experience as technical or digital project manager is preferred.
• Proven ability to be effective in a customer facing role, driving customer centric ways of working.
• Experience managing changes and stakeholder needs in a Digital environment.
