We are looking for high caliber professional to join Human Resources Department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice to business managers in the areas of recruitment and onboarding, training and development, succession planning, remuneration and rewards, performance management and employee relations.
- Formulate resourcing strategies in partnership with HR CoE to attract talents with the right capabilities to ensure a stable and competent workforce to meet current and future business needs.
- Partner with business managers to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide budget/expenses information to line business managers and advise them on manpower budget/costing initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with local regulations
- Develop communication strategies to raise staff understanding on various HR initiatives, their purposes and impact on employees.
- Partner with different parties on managing multi-channel engagement campaigns end-to-end, including stakeholder management, communications planning, content and delivery through channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Psychology, Communication and other relevant disciplines
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience in providing full spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, talent acquisition & development, employee relations & communication and remuneration practices at sizable organizations
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with high learning agility and a growth mindset
- Ability to foster professional working relationships at all levels balancing needs of all stakeholders
- Flexible, performance-driven and able to work under pressure
- Digital savvy and good proficiency in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency in Excel VBA, Power BI and Power Automate would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
