工作描述和要求

We are looking for a high calibre engineering professional to join the Telecommunications Branch of our Power Systems Business Group. The appointee reports and assists Senior Engineer to formulate, implement and review cybersecurity management plan for IT and OT systems.

Implement the cyber security management plan for Information Technology and Operational Technology systems
Implement & deploy software / firmware / patches timely to mitigate cyber security risks
Handle and resolve exceptions triggered from Operational Technology systems
Develop and maintain the cyber security implementation progress monitoring
Formulate short to long-term vulnerability management plan and implementation arrangement
Ensure that the staff / contractor workers fully comply with the Company's Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) requirements and drive for continuous improvement
Compile management reports
Review and prepare engineering / system documents including system design, work schedule, installation plan, test and commissioning plan, wiring record, as-built drawing, system handover document, operation and maintenance procedure, system migration plan, Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), etc.
Supervise technicians/technical officers’ and contractors’ works and ensure the compliance with the technical, safety, quality and statutory requirements
Perform duties during typhoon periods, adverse weather conditions, and non-office hours as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and Operation Technology systems operation, administration and maintenance especially in vulnerability management preferable
Solid hands-on experience on system administration, operational technology & cybersecurity preferable
Solid hands-on experience on operating and managing operational technology systems and component preferable. e.g. Programmable Logic Controllers, Internet of Things, Industrial Controllers, Sensors, embedded systems network switches and routers.
Solid hands-on experience on cybersecurity domain preferable, including Firewall, Network Admission Control, IP Address Management, Vulnerability Management, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as influencing and leadership skills
Good at facilitation, vendor management, project management, change management and relationship management
Possession of good safety and environmental awareness
Ability to work under pressure and be rational and decisive under all situations
Independent, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
A valid Driving License class 1, 2 would be an advantage

Candidates with less qualification and/or experience but demonstrate good potential for further development will be considered for a position at lower grade.
