工作描述和要求

We are looking for a high caliber Data Services professional to join our Data Office team under CLP Digital. The incumbent will plan, execute, and deliver the implementation of the respective solutions to deliver commercial benefits and successes for CLP, with key responsibilities and requirements summarized as follows:

The Position Profile:

Lead and coach a team of junior analysts to fulfil data and analytics needs and solutioning requirement from different business groups and project teams
Maintain a backlog of data solutions and products and manage the demand from businesses
Work with internal and external business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyse and document existing business processes, identify improvement areas, and improvement initiatives through the use of data and technology
Conduct desktop research, business and data analysis, data modelling, and data lineage in scope of energy generation, distribution, markets, and customer engagement to support data solution design
Communicate with both the technical and business teams, translate the technical requirements and constraints into business context, as well as design and implement solutions for business problems
Maintain knowledge of the latest development in the energy sector, as well as discover and blend new data and technologies into the business as they mature and where commercially beneficial
Manage and maintain up-to-date and quality data products on the data marketplace

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Engineering or related field
Experience in IT Project/Program Management, IT Service Management
Experience in the energy sector or other asset-intensive industries will be highly regarded
Experience with data analysis tools and data warehouse systems is a plus
Knowledge in BI/ analytics software and relevant scripting languages for reporting and analytics, e.g. PowerBI, Python, SQL is beneficial
Knowledge and work experience with MS SQL and cloud technology platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and AWS is a plus
Ability to capture business requirements in a clear and concise manner and to keep the customer in mind when clarifying and questioning technical requirements
Ability to handle complex multiple assignments at the same time and meet tight deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management to ensure smooth delivery of solutions/ products
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, verbal and written
