Major Duties:
- Support Senior Manager – Billing & Collections on billing operations and direct the team to ensure timely, accurate and efficient billing and bill delivery
- Identify operational issues / incidents, evaluate the business impact, develop and implement solution, report response and follow up
- Analyse as-is processes and design to-be processes /mapping, streamline or revamp the existing Meter-to-Cash (i.e. M2C – from Metering, Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections to Key Account Management) processes and adopt best practices to path the way for ERP
- Partner with other teams to deliver operation enhancement and drive customer satisfaction
- Build up cross-functional foundations to achieve the benefits of the transformation e.g.
- Break silos and track efficiency across BGs
- Build up data analytics capabilities to facilitate business decision
- Build up end-to-end domain knowledge across BGs
- Prioritise and drive change initiatives from inception through to completion, working with various process owners and teams
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in data, business management, operations management or related discipline
· At least 6-8 years' experience in process reengineering and change management, ideally within a utility company and with consultancy background
- Operational and process reengineering expertise; strong domain knowledge or quickly and thoroughly pick up the Company workflow and systems; understanding of customer needs, business trends and data analytics to ensure excellent customer service in a cost-effective manner; proficient in develop plans, priorities and processes
- Savvy with technology, data analytics and risk management
- Expertise in utilizing new market prevalence ERP solution for process reengineering
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese/written Chinese and English
- Candidate with less years of experience will be considered for a comparable grade
