Applications are invited for the above position in the Business Development and Support Branch of Customer Success & Sales Department under Customer Success & Experience Business Group. Reporting to the branch head, the appointee will be responsible for the following:

Major Duties:

• Strategically identify and develop new business opportunities in potential areas and growth trends in sustainability / ESG / decarbonization. Develop and implement associated products / services for sales teams to support business customers to meet their sustainability goals
• Consolidate client needs, market trend and generate insight to formulate & implement projects to support business customers in energy saving and decarbonisation
•  Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with clients / contractors to perform daily work arrangement and on-site inspections to ensure the quality and progress of works
• Assist in preparation of technical design proposal, tender, and quotation relevant documents
•  Act as a programme manager to manage the company’s EE&C programmes

Requirements:

• A recognized university degree in Building Services Engineering / Energy Engineering / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum 5 – 8 years’ working experience
• MHKIE or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline will be an advantage
• Experience in business development, sales and sustainability project management in a fast-moving business environment will be an advantage
• Familiarity with energy management practices such as demand side management, energy audit, and concepts such as smart grid technology
• Strong network with local building services and other energy retrofit market participants
• Strong presentation skills including ability to put together persuasive presentations and establish strong business partnerships
• Well versed in project management and application of commercial tools for business and market analysis
• Good communication skills, including both spoken and written English and Chinese
