CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our CLPe Infrastructure Department as Assistant Project Manager for developing new and existing District Cooling System or large-scale Centralised Cooling projects in Hong Kong and/or other GBA cities. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in providing engineering support to various teams throughout the project life cycles
- Assist in supervising design process and collaborate with consultants to align with company’s direction
- Carry out initial design of chiller plant and derive system energy efficiency of different projects
- Carry out energy prediction or simulation on load demand, energy consumption and system optimization for chiller plants
- Carry out feasibility studies including design, scheduling, cost estimation and other related solutions to meet stakeholders’ requirements
- Work closely with customers, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to identify and propose energy efficient systems
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A recognized University degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines will also be considered
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in District Cooling System / Centralized Cooling System
- Solid project experience in feasibility study and designing E&M projects in Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China
- Sound knowledge in technical and engineering analysis such as energy modelling for initial study and project implementation
- Project experience in cooling system design of data centres would be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill, self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin and Cantonese
- Results-oriented and able to meet or exceed stringent targets and company’s expectations
- Knowledge in energy modelling tools such as IES VE / EnergyPlus would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel VBA / Python or any similar tools would be an added advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
