CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Cooling Implementation Branch. Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out feasibility studies including HVAC design, scheduling, cost estimation and other energy management solutions to meet customer requirement
- Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
- Work closely with customers, consultants and suppliers to identify and propose energy efficient equipment and system of the chiller plant
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
- Prepare project programme, budget and related information in a timely manner
- Engage in pre-sales activities, conduct site visit and prepare proposal
- Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems to ensure that the required standards are achieved
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A recognized University degree in Building Services Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience
- Solid experience in chiller plant replacement, operation and maintenance as well as system configuration
- Solid experience in project budget and cost planning in chiller plant replacement, operation & maintenance
- Sounds familiar with chiller selection
- Familiar with MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
- Familiar with BMS, IoT, AI solutions and smart technologies would be an added advantage
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and persistent
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
