工作描述和要求

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Accounting and Business Support Branch of North Region. The successful candidate will be required to work in the North District.

Reporting to the Administrative Officer, the appointee will be responsible for the following major duties:

• Provide efficient and effective clerical services including typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, document dispatch, system data input, statistics compilation and reporting

• Issue mark-up drawing letters and manage general correspondence

• Handle mailing dispatch and sorting

• Provide administrative support on project cancellation and completion

• Maintain an effective and efficient central filing system of both physical and electronic documents, and properly handle sensitive / confidential information

• Support process streamlining / digitization initiatives

• Act as a representative in various Company activities and initiatives, and be responsible for other ad-hoc projects

• Perform duties during inclement weather

• Carry out other duties directed by supervisor as and when required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or Level 2 or above in five subjects in HKDSE including English Language, or equivalent

• A minimum of 3 years’ clerical experience

• Knowledge of SAP application would be an advantage

• Experience in CLP systems such as EWMS, EMPC, PSMS would be an advantage

• Customer-oriented, proactive, willing to work overtime and under pressure

• Mindful and with good safety awareness

• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel, MS Word (English and Chinese) and MS PowerPoint

• Experience in MS Power Platform preferred

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and basic knowledge of Putonghua
