Its portfolio comprises over 60 generation assets of gas, coal, nuclear and renewable energy, distribution and transmission assets and retail operations. Applications are invited for the above position in the Digital Marketing & Performance Branch of Marketing & Communications Department under Customer Success & Experience Business Group. Reporting to the branch head, the appointee will be responsible for the following:
Major Duties:
- Assist to drive digital marketing strategies by working closely with various internal cross functional teams and external agencies to drive customer engagement, communications and online brand awareness
- Support the development of the performance marketing model, report and calculate metrics (e.g. ROI, ROAS, Cost per Lead) and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop tracking and testing across touch point for performance optimization
- Support the development of lifecycle marketing communications based on the engagement and retention strategy, including closing content gap across owned channel touchpoints (email, push notification, SMS, chatbot, etc)
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing campaigns and projects
- Stay up-to-date on all digital platforms and marketing tools to explore relevant application for CLP marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Recognised University degree in eCommerce, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5- 7 years’ relevant experience with 3 years preferably working in agency environment
- In-depth knowledge operating digital performance measurement software including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI and other bid, tracking or database management platforms
- Proven experience in managing and executing digital projects/ campaigns
- Good team player and proven stakeholder management skills
- Strategic and innovative thinking with initiative and drive to make things happen
- Affinity to work in a fast-paced creative environment with tight deadlines, quick responses to market and customer feedbacks
- Good research and analytical skills
