We are looking for passionate Digital / IT professionals to join Enterprise Architecture team within the Digital Strategy and Planning of CLP. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Target State Enterprise Architecture design and development of the Architectural Roadmap with the aim to enable new business capabilities / processes and optimise the application landscape
- Manage architecture domain and application portfolio for Smart Grid (including Transmission and Distribution) and IT/OT integration and renewable energy solutions / products
- Analyze business capability, application portfolio, technology landscape, functional architecture to provide recommendations on strategic architecture decisions
- Establish, maintain and enforce enterprise architecture principles, best practices and policies that govern the use of capability models, domain architecture across CLP Group
- Manage stakeholders across Digital and CLP Business Groups and be a key influencer of architecture principles to promote use of standards, patterns and facilitate a more agile and responsive Digital culture
- Collaborate with Digital Business Partners to define digital product roadmap and strategic portfolio
- Apply architecture principles and governance mechanisms in Architecture review meetings with active contribution such as solutioning, technology adoption, data strategy, security and operation support
- Plan and evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovative ideas in the development of strategic proposals through proof-of-concept projects
Requirements:
- A recognised university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years of experience working in Digital / IT with demonstrable experience in strategic projects
- Proven project experience in leading architecture design in digital transformation programs
- Proven project experiences in integrating IT and OT applications
- Proven project experiences in designing architecture of integrating ADMS, GIS, DERMS and ERP
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across diverse Business Group, translating technical concepts for business audiences, and business concepts for technical audience
- At least 5 years of experience in a hands-on solution design and integration architecture, preferrable in cloud technology / platform
- Good understanding of cloud native technology, including micro-service design, container architecture
- Strong experience in solution architecture, software/application, IoT platform, Cloud, and Cybersecurity understanding
- At least 3 years of experience in business process design / business capability modeling / system functionality analysis, preferably in energy industry
- Post-graduate qualification in business planning or related fields desirable
- Professional credentials in TOGAF, ITIL, DevOps, Agile, CICD or relevant disciplines desirable
- Good at stakeholder management and project management
- Proactive, inquisitive, performance driven and results oriented
