• Plan and implement media communications strategy and publicity plan to promote corporate image
• Provide advice and support to business lines and functions on external communication matters, including media communications, and crisis and issues management
• Monitor and analyse media and stakeholders sentiment and develop relevant communication plan and strategy
• Handle media enquiries, develop and maintain good relationship with the media
• Handle collateral and video production, prepare presentation materials, write speeches and press releases, etc.
• Assist and perform other corporate affairs duties as required

• A recognised university degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or other related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in public affairs, corporate communications or media relations. Experience in journalistic field is a plus
• Acute sensitivity in current affairs and political landscape, and versatile in issues management and media publicity
• Able to deal with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve the business objectives
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player who is proactive, result-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to deal with multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with creative personality
• Willing to work irregular hours and outside office hours
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower grade
