The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Commercial & Supply Chain Management Department. Reporting to the team’s Senior Manager – Procurement or Manager – Procurement, the position will support key activities across the procurement and supply chain management end-to-end lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Support buyers to conduct procurement process
- Prepare documentation according to policies, processes and procedures, including tender invitations, award recommendations and contract documents, etc.
- Coordinate with suppliers to submit proposals through electronic procurement systems
- Engage business stakeholders and suppliers to purchase low risk products or services independently in accordance with the procurement process.
- Manage tender documentations
- Collect price information from suppliers and conduct price benchmarking
- Prepare procurement reports and provide administrative support services to the team
- Answer general enquiries about procurement processes from business stakeholders
- University degree in Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying (QS), Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good cross-cultural awareness, adaptability and agility
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
