The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work in the Hong Kong International Airport in Chek Lap Kok and responsible for the following major duties:
- Responsible for effective management of maintenance contracts and system enhancement projects in Mechanical, Air Conditioning or Building Service at airport
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors or related parties to meet project’s requirements and requirements
- Prepare specifications for tendering, evaluating and selecting service contractors that meet technical requirements and engineering standards to achieve construction and operational targets
- Prepare the submission documents under the contract requirements
- Coordinate with clients or related parties to plan, schedule and set up proper procedures and precautions to meet the Company's requirements and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards
- Arrange subordinates/subcontractors to conduct the routine maintenance works and consolidate the maintenance checklist
- Supervise subordinates/subcontractors’ work performances
- Other ad-hoc duties and shift duty as assigned
- A recognized university degree in Mechanical, Energy, Building Services Engineering or relevant engineering or Facilities Management disciplines plus a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Familiar with design, operation, maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning and management of mechanical or building services system in plant facilities
- Possession of Construction Worker Registration Card and Construction Industry Safety Card
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, analytical, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
