The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work in the Hong Kong International Airport in Chek Lap Kok and responsible for the following major duties:
- Responsible for effective management of system enhancement projects in design, development and implementation of control systems
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors or related parties to meet project’s requirements
- Prepare specifications for tendering, evaluating and selecting service contractors that meet technical requirements and engineering standards to achieve construction and operational targets
- Prepare submission documents under contract requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on tendering, contracts administration and payments
- Supervise and monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors
- Implement the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Systems to meet project and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to control systems
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A recognized University Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Building Services, Mechanical, Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Familiar with design, operation, maintenance, installation, testing, commissioning in control systems, i.e. PLC, SCADA, BMS
- Familiar with PLC programs and HMI interfaces (SCADA system)
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate technical concepts to other parties
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card) and Construction Workers Registration Card
- Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
