CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Smart Solutions Section. Reporting to the supervisor, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:
- Design and deliver AI-based chiller optimization digital solutions
- Evaluate energy savings, conduct site inspection, programming, commissioning and maintenance activities
- Prepare project schedule, budget, site progress report. Monitor site work performance and supervision
- Support pre-sales activities, conduct site visit and assist to prepare proposal
- Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems to ensure that the required standards are achieved
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A recognized University degree in Building Services, Energy or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Solid experience in energy management, BMS and HVAC’s operation and maintenance
- Familiar with chiller optimization, energy saving solution, IoT and AI solutions would be an added advantage
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
