Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including posting job ad, sourcing, screening and arranging interview and assessment
- Responsible for maintaining and optimizing recruitment dashboard regularly on hiring key matrix such as application-per-requisition, time-to-fill, acceptance rate, etc.
- Responsible for recruitment operation management, including end to end candidate journey mapping and candidate experience improvement.
- Support program hiring and employer branding activities including content creation, program logistics and vendor management
- Handle purchase requisitions for recruiting related transaction from creating PO to seeking approvals
- Ensure new hires have well-organized onboarding experience by collaborating with R&O, HR Business Partners, line managers and IT
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR function in a corporate environment
- A good understanding of recruitment tools and application tracking systems
- Proactive, detail-minded, and willing to learn; able to work in a an agile environment
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
