Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Organizational Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Organizational Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, development, and effectiveness of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and oversee strategies and initiatives that enhance our organizational performance, culture, and employee engagement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and facilitate change management processes. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, adept at building relationships, and passionate about fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies, initiatives, and programs aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Assess organizational needs, conduct gap analyses, and identify areas for improvement in processes, structures, and culture.
- Design and facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and enhance employee acceptance and engagement.
- Partner across teams to ensure on the alignment; to lead and execute D&I initiatives
- Review and update D&I policies and procedures to ensure they are inclusive, equitable, and aligned with best practices
- Plan, launch and iterate on corporate-wide employee engagement programs through Employee Engagement Survey, Townhall, Newsletters, and online platforms (e.g. Yammer) by partnering with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to create and execute talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Lead and manage employee engagement surveys, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity.
- Conduct talent calibration with people managers, provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development best practices, career development, and performance improvement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives through data analysis and measurement of key performance indicators.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Organizational Development Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing change management initiatives.
- Solid understanding of talent management practices, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and confidentiality.
- Professional certifications in organizational development or related fields are a plus.
