You’ll get broad exposure across CLP’s operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China, acquire the skills and tools to prepare you to lead energy transition and digitalisation projects, as well as build a strong network with other graduates. When you’ve completed your programme with high performance, you’ll be offered a position in one of our engineering departments, leading to a career as an Engineering Manager and beyond. Many of our senior leaders began their careers in our Graduate Trainee Programme.

Who are we looking for?

(1) According to our business needs, Aerospace Engineering graduates are required and eligible to register in the Mechanical discipline under HKIE Scheme A programme.
(2) Participants with academic qualifications recognised by the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (HKIE) may undergo HKIE accredited Scheme A Training. For Graduates from outside Hong Kong: Please check with HKIE for information on Scheme A accreditation programme.
