CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for energetic and innovative technical professional to join our Contracting Business Department. The appointee will be assigned to work at CLPP power stations located in Tuen Mun and Penny’s Bay and be responsible for the following duties:
- Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for general electrical and mechanical works in CLPP power stations
- Ensure system reliability and system availability, and achieve service standards
- Prepare and update maintenance records and other necessary documents
- Collect fault statistics and relevant supporting data for analysis
- Assist Project Manager and Engineers in carrying out work schedule planning, material acquisition and utilization to ensure that the related costs are within budget
- Manage frontline workers and contractors to carry out installation and maintenance works safely
- Conduct site checks and audits to ensure the safety standards and good housekeeping practices are always maintained
- Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) systems in a high standard
- Shift duty is required. Night work and work in holidays is required when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A recognized University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Building Services Engineering or other equivalent Engineering disciplines plus at least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Training Certification (Green Card) and Construction Workers Registration Card
- Proven supervisory, influencing and communication skills. Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player. Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate technical concepts to other parties
- Solid working experience in plant equipment maintenance will be an added advantage
- Solid working experience in tender and project management will be an added advantage
- Possession of Confined Space Registered Worker will be an added advantage
- Possession of Competent Person of CLPP Power Station will be an added advantage
- Possession of a valid driving license (1 or 2) / REW license will be an added advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position
