CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Contracting Business Department as Project Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a multi-discipline team which is responsible for design and installations, interfacing with relevant parties, testing and commissioning, coordinating with other civil / E&M contractors and client’s representatives
- Manage projects related to E&M infrastructure, Traffic Control and Surveillance Systems (TCSS), and relevant Communication Systems
- Lead and manage a project team in the planning and implementation of work
- Review design submissions, method statements, risks management plan, resources plan, tender proposals, safety and health plan
- Prepare budget and forecast, and control costs to achieve targeted profit
- Manage detailed site supervision to ensure compliance with contract specifications and other regulatory requirements
- Provide timely project status updates, market trend and related information to the management
- A recognized University degree in relevant engineering disciplines, major in computer, electronics, electrical or mechanical systems
- At least 8 years’ relevant working experience. Experience related to TCSS, various communication systems, E&M and building services projects preferred
- Corporate Member of HKIE or equivalent qualification from other recognized engineering professional bodies preferred
- Sound knowledge of contractor management, interfacing with civil contractors and E&M contractors as well as managing site activities in multi-discipline infrastructure projects
- Strong communication, leadership and organizing skills
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, responsible with strong commitment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Possession of a valid driving license and Construction Industry Safety Card is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
