Reporting to Director – HR (Group Organization Development & Talent), the successful candidate will work closely with the Group OD&T Director and other key stakeholders, to define and deliver strategic projects in support of the Group’s transformation and HR priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage Group-level strategic HR programs reviews and change implementation, relating to transformation within the Group OD&T domain. The domain will include areas such as learning, talent program design, assessment, change management, and HR technologies, etc.
· Support learning and assessment review to establish the necessary framework, tools, policies and processes to develop and deploy across the company.
· Support specific talent programs review and (re)design and roll out.
· The end-to-end responsibilities will include scoping of the work, stakeholders’ management, conduct internal and external analysis, making recommendation and proposals, change readiness and launch planning. Working with respective key stakeholders, Talent Partners, HR teams, Transformation office, the incumbent will work cross functionally, to deliver and embed change.
· Provide holistic day-to-day project management for the OD&T Center of Excellence, the incumbent will coordinate resource planning, budget planning, project planning and communication planning for the Center of Excellence to maximise impact and change.
· Support other regular business-as-usual activities from time to time as required, such as ‘Management Development and Succession Planning’ annual review.
· Support the professional development of the team to enhance their knowledge and skills in the respective specialist areas.
· Work on organization development & talent projects assigned by the Director – HR (Group Organization Development & Talent).
Requirements:
· A minimum of 10 years HR experience in responsible positions; candidates with less but highly relevant experience in sizable organizations will also be considered
· Strong first-hand experience in delivering change management is a must, such as developing change narratives, change impact assessment, stakeholders mapping, communication planning, education planning, and overall change plan development.
· Deep domain knowledge preferably in at least two of the following areas: learning management, employee experience/engagement, talent management, succession planning, career management, diversity & inclusion, and use of HR technology in creating employee experience is a must
· Good understanding about market best practices on the mentioned domain areas
· Change management experience and consulting background preferred. Had experience to lead or be part of large scale change or transformation projects
· University degree or equivalent qualifications in Human Resources Management / Psychology or related disciplines
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Performance driven with strong analytical and numerical capability
· Previous experience with organizational change transformation an advantage
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
