In 2019, CLP launched Smart Energy Connect (SEC) clpsec.com. This platform offers businesses and organisations access to a diverse selection of smart energy management applications developed by CLP and its product partners, including energy analytics and forecasting, performance monitoring of distributed energy systems, equipment fault diagnostics, etc. SEC represents a new business model for customers, system integrators, and service providers to deploy innovative technologies to make their sustainability goals a practical reality.

We are looking for high caliber to join the Digital Services team for coordinating a cross-functional team responsible for its design, development and deployment, with key responsibilities and requirements summarized as follows:

The Position Profile:

Manage all overall elements in digital project implementation including trial project timeline and provide timely report to product managers and sales team on potential launch dates and maintain all product SOP and installation guide
Prepare all equipment for timely shipment to customer sites, including ensuring that everything is configured and tested and smooth execution of project
Be at the pulse of the digital revolution
Learn and promote the newest digital products that bring value to the business users
Conduct user requirement studies and initiate design research. Drive system analysis and design work with end user,
Create requirement for product delivery team to source or develop the validated product
Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholder such as the product delivery team product managers, business partners and internal BU users
Manage implementation of digital initiatives and their associated enhancements request & product request communication system support
Participate in system development/deployment, testing, training and stakeholder communication on how to use system
Analyse and report product performance, including malfunctions and report qualified issue to program managers

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a recognised Bachelor’s degree in computing, engineering, science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of system or energy management related engineering experience would be advantageous.
Minimum 3 years' project management experience on IT/System/Energy Management Project
Working knowledge of IoT device management and the associated protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, BacNet as well as device data collection and the associated protocols such as MQTT and HTTP.
Basic knowledge of M&V.
Excellent team player and committed individual.
Good interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) in Cantonese and English. Proficiency in mandarin a strong advantage.

Developing the right digital product that will turn into the future star product that sustain the company’s top line and monitor the product life cycle to ensure product offering to CLP client is best suited for the CLP market·
Many stakeholders have product or feature request, but all request should be validated and funneled into product demand pipeline based on business value
