CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
- Assist in conducting energy audit, carbon audit, Retro-commissioning (RCx) Projects
- Assist in preparing tender submission, subcontract, and safety documents (e.g. Tender specification & evaluation form, project programme and cost estimation etc.)
- Project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors to plan, schedule and meet all contract programmes and requirements
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor benchmarking exercise
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales & marketing plan
- Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) systems to ensure that the required standards are achieved
- Prepare documents for Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance submission
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- A recognized University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant working experience for Project Engineer; minimum of 3 years’ experience for Senior Project Engineer
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Solid experience in building energy audit is preferable
- Experience in Buildings Energy Efficiency Ordinance is a plus
- Familiar with engineering standards and codes of practice.
- Familiar with the use of AUTOCAD will be an added advantage
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card
- Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferred
