Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) through the integrated design and implementation (including testing) of the digital transformation modules for procurement and supply chain management.
- Lead the SMEs to develop user manuals, provide input to training material and to support change management in deploying the new digital transformation solution.
- Maintain an understanding of business requirements for input into process design and in support of the change management program.
- Maintain an understanding of other cross-functional requirements to ensure alignment with the design and implementation.
- Work closely with the CLP Digital team, the System Integrator, and the Change Manager throughout the course of the project programme.
- Manage interactions with digital transformation project and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Procurement and Supply Chain, Information Technology or other relevant discipline.
- Membership and/or qualification from a procurement professional body (e.g. CIPS, ISM, etc.) and/or engineering body (e.g. HKIE, IET, etc.) is desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement and / or supply chain, and / or inventory management/warehousing responsibilities.
- Skills in category management, demand & supply management, supplier profile management & pre-qualification, supplier relationship & performance management, supply risk management and knowledge management are desirable.
- Worked collaboratively in complex program structures with multiple project workstreams and third-party supplier
- Experience in managing business stakeholders within a complex change and transformation is desirable
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration in complex programme structures with multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers.
- Experience in leading a team.
Technical / Functional Competencies:
- A strong professional track record, or deep technical skills relating to procurement, supply chain and inventory management.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Influencing and communication skills.
- Systematic in planning and managing deliverables and risks.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities to introduce and implement technical solutions.
