We are looking for a high caliber professional to join the Human Resources Department of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.
Key responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationship with business leaders, provide professional advice on manpower planning and workforce optimization, ensure effective execution of HR processes and engage employees during the entire life-cycle
- Lead, develop and implement strategic projects and process review to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency; engage relevant internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient buy-in and adaptation to change
- Partner with HR COE and HR teams of different business groups to the review and develop human resources strategies, policies and procedures to meet the changing business requirements and pave way for the Company’s growth
- Mentor and provide professional guidance to other team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years’ hands-on experience in full spectrum of human resources management
- Good leadership, influencing, communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, performance-driven and able to work under pressure
- Digital savvy and good proficiency in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
