Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to Finance Functional Stream Lead and working closely with Process Owners to discuss the process design, seek process design decisions and escalate blockers where required
- Responsible for the success of the ERP solution delivery for Finance – Tax Management by leading the corresponding sub-team and organizing resources / activities to deliver the agreed plan
- Being accountable for business requirement identifications, process design and testing for the assigned area(s)
- Leading subject matter experts (SMEs) to articulate as-is processes, design to-be processes, define related business requirements and provide input to cross-functional requirements
- Leading and orchestrating the daily cross-functional collaborations, and provide guidance to cross-functional requirements based on to-be process design
- Working closely with Technical team and the system integrator (SI) to support definition of a single, comprehensive solution that delivers to-be process and satisfies business requirements
- Leading SMEs to test the to-be processes, develop user manuals, provide input to training materials and support change management where required to deploy the new ERP solution
- Co-ordinating internal resources and activities to deliver process mapping & design, data analysis, blueprint designing, training, testing and other activities as needed to design and implement the required functionality for Finance and broader strategic objectives for the Company
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Taxation and Accounting
- Qualified accountant with HKICPA or other recognized professional accounting bodies
- A minimum of 8 years’ working experience in Big 4 / MNC tax function role, preferably with solid hands-on experience of the end-to-end tax processes including tax compliance, tax accounting, tax reporting and transfer pricing documentation
- Strong technical knowledge of the tax regulatory requirements and tax development over the region, particularly on BEPS and transfer pricing
- Experience in ERP / EPM with Oracle or similar system in the field of financial modules
- Familiar with SOX/COSO framework, tax transparency reporting and risk management a plus
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration in complex programme structures with multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers
- Experience in managing business stakeholders and owners through complicated ERP change and transformation is preferred
- Agile ways of working experience is beneficial

- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions
- Strong facilitation, organization and decision-making skills with business acumen
- Assertive with outstanding influencing and communication skills
- Systematically manages plans, deliverables and risks
- Understanding in ERP systems is a bonus
